Tenz Bio

Tenz entered the professional gaming scene in 2019. He joined Cloud9 and became a part of their Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team. After playing Counter-Strike for about a year, Tenz announced his retirement from the game in April 2020 and shifted to Valorant. In January 2021, he decided to leave Cloud9 and retire from esports. However, he made a return to professional gaming in April 2021 and joined Sentinels.

Tenz has amassed great success as a Valorant player and even won the VALORANT Champions Tour 2021: Stage 2 Masters, the first global tournament of Valorant. He was also the first-ever player to reach Radiant rank in Valorant during its beta phase.

He created his self-titled YouTube channel, TenZ, in July 2014. However, he released his first video "Ladies and Gentlemen, we just witnessed history" in 2016. Tenz mostly hosts content related to Counter-Strike and Valorant. His most-watched video is “What 1000 HOURS of aim_botz looks like” which he released in March 2020. He launched his second channel, TenZ Shorts, in September 2022. As the name suggests, his new channel is dedicated to short-form videos. Tenz is also a widely celebrated Twitch streamer with a follower base that counts into millions.

Tenz was born on May 5, 2001, in Canada. He is in a relationship with fellow Twitch star Kyedae Shymko. The couple got engaged in August 2022. He often invites Kyedae to his streams and videos. His zodiac sign is Taurus.

According to Tenz, his favorite food is beef and Indomie noodles. He is not much familiar with cooking and describes himself as a slow eater. His favorite anime series is Hunter X Hunter. He loves almost all types of tea. He is colorblind.
