Fred Pye, known online as Nought, was born as Frederick Alexander Pye and hails from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England, UK. Initially starting his YouTube channel as a hobby, it wasn't until the release of Grand Theft Auto V that he transitioned into a full-time professional YouTuber. Before achieving success on YouTube, Fred supplemented his income by busking locally with his violin, which allowed him to afford the necessary gaming equipment to kickstart his career. Specializing in GTA V content, he caters to an audience of over 7 million subscribers by uploading gaming news, tips, tricks, and personal videos showcasing his gaming expertise and personality. Growing up with a brother, Fred shares his passion for gaming with fellow YouTuber Jordi Van den Bussche, both of whom have made a name for themselves within the GTA V gaming community.
