Maggie Johnson is popular actor Clint Eastwood’s first wife; she was married to him for over three decades. After meeting each other on a blind date, the couple’s romance blossomed into love and they decided to marry. This was well before Clint Eastwood became a major celebrity. After announcing their engagement, Maggie walked down the aisle to marry Clint in Pasadena in 1953. However, their happiness was short-lived as Clint’s popularity skyrocketed in the coming years and he became a habitual womanizer. Their marriage suffered due to his infidelity which didn’t stop even after their children were born. His affairs continued over the decades and finally Maggie decided to leave. She filed for a divorce, which was granted in 1984. Maggie walked out of the marriage with a multi-million-dollar settlement. After her divorce, she decided to live a quiet life with her children and rarely makes any public appearance. She was last seen in the public during the premiere of Eastwood’s drama film ‘Invictus’ alongside the family.
