Julianne Kissinger was born on October 9, 1992, in Stockton, California, USA. She is of German and Portuguese descent. Little else is known about her family and upbringing. She has a daughter named Kyli who makes regular appearances on her social media posts. Kissinger was 19 years old when she gave birth to her daughter. She has not spoken much about the father, except that he currently lives in Palms Springs and is not involved in Kyli’s upbringing.

At one point, she was employed as a manager at a frozen yoghurt shop. She apparently studied at Palomar College in California.
