Hannah Stone was an American singer and a social media personality. Hannah was a regular live video streamer on YouNow where she sang and played musical instruments for her fans. Her most popular composition is ‘The 5quad Song,’ which has received over a hundred thousand views. In addition to this, Hannah had sung the cover versions of several popular tracks by singers like Justin Bieber, Ruth B, Bea Miller, SoMo, and Sam Smith. In a relatively short career span, Hannah had gathered quite an impressive fan following. Her fans are referred as Fannah’s. The ‘Fannah’s’ lost their favorite singer on November 1, 2017. The cause of her death is still unknown, but Hannah’s parents claimed it to be a suicide.

Hannah died on November 1, 2017, at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. The world lost a great human and a potential talent a. According to some sources, Hannah apparently committed suicide after she was bullied online, but, the real cause of her death is still a mystery.
Hannah last tweeted in September 2017. After this, she completely vanished from social media and appeared only twice after that. Her last Instagram feed came on October 14, 2017, through which she told that she would be going to the ‘DND’ mode right after that. This leads to the theory that Hannah might have been battling anxiety and depression. Her last ‘YouNow’ stream was broadcast on October 18, 2017, where she played the piano and sang for her fans. In the video, Hannah did not look like her previous self. She was pale and sadness writ all over her face.
Hannah’s parents blamed the social media for their daughter’s death. Not in a million years they had ever thought that Hannah would do something like that to herself. She might have been constantly depressed about something or someone that she ultimately decided to end her life, just two weeks before her 17th birthday! Hannah’s funeral was held on November 5, 2017, at Dimbleby Funeral Home, Whitesboro. Hannah was cremated at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Hannah’s loved ones created a page to raise funds to meet the medical and funeral expenses. The remaining amount would be donated for scholarship programs.
‘Fannah’s’ expressed their condolence through Twitter and Instagram. Even YouNow too expressed its deep regrets to have lost one of their ‘Editor's Choice’ singers.
Hannah was born Hannah Elizabeth Stone on November 13, 2000, in Lowville, New York. She was born to Leonard and Angela Stone. Hannah had a loving elder brother, Garrett, and a sister, Brittany.
Hannah switched schools in Lowville and Whitesboro. Her passion towards music developed during school days. She was highly inspired by Shawn Peter Raul Mendes, the famous Canadian singer, and songwriter. The stardom that he earned at a very young age encouraged Hannah to start off early. She used to look up to him, for she found his compositions inspiring and relaxing at the same time. In one of her interviews, she expressed her wish to learn more musical instruments. Ed Sheeran too was one of her music artists.
