Diego Tinoco is an American actor, best recognised for playing Cesar Diaz in the coming-of-age comedy drama television series, ‘On My Block.’ Inspired by the famous American actor and film producer Leonardo DiCaprio, Diego decided to pursue acting. Diego Tinoco was born on November 25, 1997, in Anaheim, Southern California, US. He is of Latino ethnicity - Mexican from his father’s side and Colombian from his mother’s side. Not much is known about his family background, early life and education. He has an elder brother.
