Before making her motion picture debut in ‘The All-American Boy,’ Archer studied theater arts at the Claremont College. She then went on to act in many TV programs and movies, stunning the audiences every time with her brilliant performances. Behind the screen, the talented actress is recognized as the mother of the renowned financial executive Thomas William Davis, who she had with her ex-husband William Davis. Archer also has a son from her second marriage to TV producer Terry Jastrow.
