Amelia Monet Bio

Amelia-Monét Kennedy is a British social media personality, actress, model and singer. After gaining initial fame as a beauty vlogger and Instagram star, she has found mainstream popularity through her music. She is also an actress and has portrayed the character of Nala in the West End production of ‘The Lion King’. A resident of London, Amelia had her first foray into the world of glamour as a child model. She landed her first assignment for ‘Dora the Explorer’ when she was two and a half years old. After subsequently signing to Bruce & Brown modelling agency, she became part of several commercial campaigns. Amelia later joined BizzyKidz which led to her being cast in various television commercials. She also made regular appearances in BBC’s ‘Girl Talk’.. Amelia became active on social media in 2016 and has accumulated significant followings on Instagram and YouTube. In 2018, she released her debut single, ‘Baddest’, featuring EO, which turned out to be a massive success, accumulating millions of plays on Spotify. She has since put out the acoustic and remix versions of the song.
