The Academy Awards-winning movie depicts the first unit of all African-American soldiers during the Civil War. Col. Robert Gould Shaw leads the ‘54th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry’ of all-black soldiers; however, he meets with strong prejudices from both Union Army and the Confederates. Initially assigned to only menial tasks, the regiment earns its place in the battle and achieves glory at Fort Wagner.   

A thriller court-room drama, Primal Fear shows the audience how deceptive appearances can be, when experienced Chicago defence attorney Martin Vail, lands-up fighting on behalf of an altar boy, Aaron Stampler, who is accused of murdering Archbishop Rushman, brutally. The film progresses through Vail’s perspective and his reactions to unearthing dark hidden secrets of the Church, while being astutely manipulated.  

When a time-leaping ham radio connects NYPD Detective John Sullivan in 1999 to his father Frank Sullivan, speaking on the radio from 1969, John is able to save his father’s life. Unfortunately, after inadvertently saving the serial killer ‘the nightingale’, both father and son are now being targeted in both timelines.

As David Drayton, his son and neighbour visit a supermarket, they realise that vicious otherworldly creatures hide behind The Mist. Trapped in the store, David and others have to survive the attacks of frightening creatures. But then, there is disputes amidst survivors too.

A group of African-American men on the way Washington DC develop a unique bond on the bus, after sharing their stories and experiences.

Celeste hires three redneck brothers to rescue her godson Rob and kill her ex-husband who has kidnapped him. They accept the task, but they soon find themselves targeted by a group of people whose motives are not clear.

Jim Bennett, a literature professor, is addicted to high-stake gambling which has led him to borrow money from a gangster with his own life as collateral. As he slides down more into the underground gambling world, a loan-shark takes paternal interest in him. Jim is getting increasingly involved with one of his students. He has much at stake and can’t afford to lose.

This comedy drama road film revolves around several people, who are unknown to each other, but the only thing common between them is their passion for karaoke. When they learn about a karaoke competition, they make their way to it, to sing and hopefully connect with the audience.

Claire, a therapist working as a grief counselor, is working with five survivors of a plane crash who seem to recollect certain incidents that perhaps never took place. As she gets involved with one of them, the others begin to disappear mysteriously. 

This mockumentary film follows an ambitious TV network executive trying to produce a controversial reality show where contestants will play Russian Roulette with loaded guns, and compete for five million dollars.  

Striking Distance is an action thriller film, which tells the story of Hardy, a police officer, who starts an illegal investigation when his ex-lovers are murdered. He also investigates his father’s death, who was also a cop. 

The Fantastic Four have returned to their normal lives. Mr Fantastic and Invisible Woman are all set to marry but the appearance of The Silver Surfer throws everything in chaos. The Fantastic Four now have to protect the world from the evil intentions of an inter-galactic villain, Galactus and simultaneously deal with the return of Dr Doom who has his own malicious agenda.

Based on Paul Gallico's 1969 novel Poseidon Adventure, the film revolves around a luxury ocean liner called Poseidon on its way to New York. Swamped by a rogue wave, the ship capsizes in the North Atlantic Ocean, leaving its passengers to fight for their lives.  

A spaceship with a mysterious girl from Krypton lands on earth, and with the help of Superman, it is discovered that the girl is Kara Zor-El, the niece of Superman's parents. Superman welcomes Kara, teaches her English, and helps her adjust t o human society. However, Batman remains suspicious, and even considers her a potential enemy. Things get ugly when Darkseid learns about her, and decides to kidnap her. Now, Superman and Batman must reunite to save her.

Spirit Untamed is an animated adventure comedy western film which tells the story of a young girl Lucky Prescott, who befriends a wild mustang named Spirit, after moving into a small town.  A wrangler plans to capture Spirit and his herd, but Lucky and her new friends embark on an adventure to rescue the horse that changed her life.
