Famous Argentinian Dictators

Remembered as the Restorer of the Laws, Argentine governor and dictator Juan Manuel de Rosas was born into a ranch-owning family and was initially a cowboy. Following his ascension to the governorship, his parapolice, Mazorca, killed scores of citizens. He spent his final years, exiled, as a farmer.
