Ian Boggs Bio

Ian Boggs was born Ian Naoto Boggs, in Japan. As a kid, Ian moved around various countries, such as Italy and Kenya, with his parents. In fact, by 18, Ian had already been to 15 countries.

He grew up training in drawing, dance, and singing. Before venturing into social media, Ian made a mark as a professional photographer. He was often seen clicking photos of actors and influencers.

In 2020, Ian graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a bachelor’s degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production.

Long before Ian stepped into social media, he was already a coveted photographer. In 2019, he launched his company, Ian Boggs Photography, in California, Orange County Area.

As a photographer, Ian has worked with quite a few reputed clients, such as Scooby Doo, Birch Aquarium, Newport Coastal Adventure, FlyNYON, and The Loop Churros.

He shot to fame on social media with his movie-like videos on TikTok, where he posted his first clip on September 5, 2019. He not only appears in his videos as an actor but also adds VFX. His scripts show him as a person with magical powers. His TikTok account has, over the years, gained millions of fans. In one of his popular TikTok videos, he is seen dancing to Popp Hunna’s track Adderall (Corvette Corvette).

Through the years, he has also gained popularity on YouTube and Instagram. Of late, he was also invited to the premiere of the Marvel series Moon Knight.

Born to a Japanese mother and an American father, Ian mostly grew up in Africa. Not much is known about his family, except that his dad worked in the US Navy.

Apart from travel, he also likes sports and that includes skating and surfing. He is also fond of rock climbing.

Ian grew up with a younger sister. He is very fond of his pet Australian Shepherd and has even created a separate Instagram account for the dog, titled auraaussie.
