Željko Bebek is a Bosnian and Croatian musician and vocalist. He is best known for his association with the Yugoslav rock band Bijelo Dugme, where he performed as the lead singer from 1974 to 1984. He left the band in April 1984 to pursue a solo career. Today, Željko Bebek is considered one of the most popular Bosnian and Croatian artistes of his generation.
Croatian chanson singer Arsen Dedić was also an award-winning poet. Born into a working-class family, he initially studied law, but soon dropped out to study music. He spent his final years in extreme pain due to a number of illnesses. He was against politics and was banned in various phases of his career.
Born in Zagreb, Yugoslavia (present-day Croatia), Tatjana Šimić moved to the Netherlands at 16. Best known for her performance as Kees Flodder in the movie Flodder and its sequels, she also played the part in the Flodder TV series. She has also released hit tracks such as Ik Laat Je Gaan.
