Initially, the channel belonged to Aris Yeghiazaryan, focusing on his goalkeeper training videos before transitioning into pranking content in July 2016, with the video "Fake Gun Shot Prank Gone Wrong!!!" Opto has gained a substantial following of more than 2.6 million on his personal Instagram account, itsopto, and is known to have a sister.
