His parents, both famous actors and avid social media users, had announced Ocean’s impending arrival through an Instagram post in the summer of 2016. His parents had already decided his name, and Ocean was born with a celebrity status in December 2016. Not only was he religiously photographed by his family, his parents also created a separate Instagram account to chronicle’s their son’s growing up years and wanted to dedicate a space on the internet solely for his photographs. This account quickly became one of the most followed accounts owing to the adorable photographs of Ocean, and it currently boasts over 340,000 followers.

Carlos Pena Jr is a famous TV actor who is remembered for his acting in ‘Big Time Rush’, and Alexa is an actress who has appeared in several movies. Carlos and Alexa are devout Christians and hope to raise Ocean in a similar atmosphere. In January 2019, Ocean’s parents announced that they are expecting another son to join their family toward the end of 2019.
