DigitalNex was born Chris Nex on September 25, 1992, in California, United States of America. He was raised in California where he developed an interest in social media at a young age. At the age of 17, he created his YouTube channel, DigitalNex, where he started posting reaction videos. Over a period of time, his channel started attracting several views and caught the attention of other YouTubers, including SSSniperWolf.

His popularity increased when he started collaborating with SSSniperWolf. Some of his collaborative videos, namely Watching Scary Videos with SSSniperwolf, Mukbangs That Have Gone Too Far with SSSniperwolf, and Among Us with Sssniperwolf, have managed to gather thousands of views. Currently, his YouTube channel DigitalNex has more than 135 million views and over 995K subscribers. DigitalNex is also popular on other social media platforms like Instagram and Twitch. His Instagram page, where he posts pictures pertaining to his personal life, has accumulated more than 40K followers. His Twitch account, where he posts gaming related content, has more than 16K followers.

DigitalNex is in a relationship with Viridiana whom he often features on his Instagram page. He currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, along with his girlfriend Viridiana.

DigitalNex is an animal lover; he has raised many dogs, including Pomeranians and Corgis.
