Vice Ganda is a Filipino comedian, television presenter, actor, and singer who regularly hosts the ABS-CBN noontime variety show 'It's Showtime'. During his early career, he had appeared on the sitcom 'Dyosa' and had a supporting role in the series 'Maging Sino Ka Man: Ang Pagbabalik'. Following his 'Showtime' success, his life story was portrayed in the anthology series 'Maalaala Mo Kaya'. His own Sunday talk show, 'Gandang Gabi, Vice!', consistently gets high ratings.
He began his film career playing supporting roles, but his first starring role in the remake of the comedy film 'Petrang Kabayo' became an instant hit. Since then, he has acted in seven top grossing films in Philippine cinema including 'Praybeyt Benjamin', 'Sisterakas', 'Girl, Boy, Bakla, Tomboy', 'The Amazing Praybeyt Benjamin', 'Beauty and the Bestie', 'The Super Parental Guardians' and 'Gandarrapiddo: The Revenger Squad'. Unfortunately, his latest film 'Fantastica' failed to impress critics.
