Disappointed that he was bypassed for a promotion, SpongeBob SquarePants comes to Krusty Krabs 2 to rebuke his boss, Mr. Krabs. But when he sees Mr. Kribbs being falsely accused of stealing ocean deity King Neptune’s crown, he promises to retrieve the same and sets off for Shell City with his friend Patrick Star, overcoming numerous obstacles on the way before he can fulfill their promise.
