Multiple award-winning Hindi-language film features Anand, a terminally ill person who arrives in Mumbai/Bombay to spend his remaining days with friends. Staying with oncologist Dr. Bhaskar, an ethical doctor disheartened with diseases and poverty that he can’t cure, Anand’s cheerful demeanor and ability to befriend everyone influences Bhaskar’s life. As Anand’s health worsens with time his near ones pray for a miracle.   

After being unemployed for quite some time, Ravi ends up with a job as a postman in a remote village. He meets variety of people as he tries to fit into his job, and also meets a woman named Mohini. He mistakes her affection for love, and begins to fall for her as well, unaware that she is actually in love with an Army man whom she is still waiting for. However, it soon seems that her lover has been killed in action during the war.

Artist Dilip Roy, who threatens to kill his wife if she damaged his artwork, is sent to psychiatric asylum when his wife is found dead. He escapes on a stormy night and hides in the house of a married woman, Rekha. But when Rekha’s husband Jagmohan is found dead, Dilip is accused of killing him. Is he responsible for both the murders?

This is a family drama film centering on Avtaar Kishen and his wife Radha. The plot thickens when after decades of struggle he settles down to a moderately successful life and learns that the house he has built has been registered in the name of his daughter-in-law. He immediately leaves home, accompanied by Radha and a loyal servant called Sewak. 

Chandramukhi, on her first visit to hill-station Shimla, finds the place familiar and feels some extraordinary connection to stranger Mohan. She realizes that in past life she was local girl Paro who loved Madhav and was raped and murdered by the landlord. Now Chandramukhi is determined to bring the man to justice and Mohan, reincarnation of Madhav, helps her find incriminating evidence. 

In order to ensure his sister’s happiness and safety, a man takes the blame for a crime which he had not committed. Eventually, after being released from prison, he learns that the woman he had loved is no more.

Ranjith is an unemployed and disabled man, who used to be a star badminton player. However, now his life is filled with problems and he is unable to provide for his family. Eventually he decides to commit suicide, and jumps off a bridge. Shortly after, he meets a mysterious man named Swaraj Singh who informs him that he is now a ghost. He also tells him that ghosts can only attain salvation after their unfulfilled wishes are fulfilled, after which Ranjith proceeds to tell his story.

At an early age, Raja was adopted by a crime lord who also raised him. After the crime lord passes away, Raja inherits his property but tries to stay away from the world of crime. He begins to fall for Radha, the daughter of his servant Ramu. However, he is enraged when he learns that Radha loves another man named Kishan. Despite this, he arranges for them to get married. Kishan feels indebted to Raja, without knowing the real reason behind his kindness.

Haathi Mere Saathi is a Hindi language film, which focuses on the friendship between an orphan and his four elephant friends.  The orphan becomes very rich by performing with the animals on the street, eventually settling down to family life. However, the friendship between the orphan and the elephants upsets his wife, who asks him to choose between his family and friends. His chooses his friends, who in turn decide to save his marriage. 

Sunil and Sonia who are on their honeymoon decide to spend the night in Sunil’s boss’s bungalow. Things take a turn when his boss attempts to rape Sonia and Sunil is forced to kill him in order to save her. Now he has no other option but to run from the law. 

Aaina is a drama film which tells the story of a girl named Shalini, whose mother tries to poison everyone in their house, due to their financial woes. Shalini manages to stop her mother, and she soon gets a job and manages to take care of her family. Shalini’s family starts to prosper, but soon they start questioning her means of income.

Udharchand is a homeless man who has been living in the home of a wealthy man  Seth Kalidas, since the latter is away for months. He becomes friends with two other homeless men Raju and Vijay and decides to invite them as well. Later, when a female thief breaks into the house, they confront her. Feeling bad for her situation, they invite her to live as well. Shortly after, Raju’s family moves in. Eventually, two more homeless men join them. However, what Udharchand doesn’t know is that one of the ‘homeless’ people is actually the owner himself in disguise.  

Om Shanti Om is an action comedy drama film which tells the story of Om, an aspiring actor, who has a strong liking for an actress named Shantipriya. However, both of them are murdered, and Om is immediately reincarnated and thirty years later, when he is a famous movie star, he tries to investigate the murder of Shantipriya. 

Mangal Singh, a convict, starts his criminal journey by stealing bread, and soon becomes an outlaw. While escaping from jail, he kills a man named Shravan. Reaching a village in mountains, he becomes school teacher, as he falls for self-made village girl Bijli. He goes to live with an old couple unaware that they are Shravan’s parents. Will Mangal find his redemption?

Sheetal is a widow who works as a teacher and lives with her son. She soon falls for Ravi, a father of one of her students, who is also a widower, and they soon decide to get married. However, Ravi’s mother is opposed to the marriage. Problems increase after a villager commits suicide and Ravi is blamed for it.

A rich man, Yusuf, employs Shabana to teach his nephew. Shabana and Yusuf fall in love and plan to take their relationship to the next level, but Shabana has a troubled past that may ruin her present and future.

Asha and Arvind fall in love, but things get complicated when Asha’s astrologer father, whose predictions never go wrong, forbid them from marrying, as he sees a dark future for them. Regardless, they decide to live together without getting married, believing that nothing will go wrong. However, this gets them blacklisted from their conservative community. Soon Asha gets pregnant, but she is unaware of the fact that there is another woman named Neelam, who is attracted to Arvind, and wants to get married to him.

Mehbooba is an action romantic drama fantasy film which tells the story of Suraj, a singer who finds himself stranded in a rest house in the countryside, during a rainstorm. Soon, he starts to feel that he has been in that place before. He soon learns that in his past life, he used to be a singer for an Emperor. However, when he fell in love with a courtesan named Ratna, this not only upset his family, but also the emperor and his officials.      

Prem Kahani is a romantic musical action drama film which revolves around Rajesh, who lives a poor lifestyle along with his brother Brijesh. Although Brijesh is actively fighting for freedom, and is trying to overthrow the British oppressors from Colonial India, Rajesh has no interest in politics or the freedom struggles. However, this changes when Brijesh gets killed and Rajesh gets involved with the freedom fighters to avenge the death of his brother.  

Kishan gets married to a woman named Shanti, but their lives are filled with emotional turmoil, since they are unable to have children. Meanwhile, Kishan’s brother Shambhu falls for a woman named Tulsi, living in the same village. Tulsi’s cousin Jaggan however doesn’t like her and Shambhu together, and he tries to think of a way to separate them. He therefore spreads the rumor that Shanti and Shambhu are having an affair. After hearing this, Kishan decides to divorce Shanti and get married again, this time to Tulsi.

Agar Tum Na Hote is a drama film which tells the story of Ashok Mehra, a wealthy businessman, whose wife passes away after the birth of their daughter. As his daughter Mini grows up, she starts longing for a mother. Soon, a woman named Radha who was in need of a job, becomes a nanny to Mini, and the void in the girl’s life starts to get filled. Ashok starts having feelings for Radha, unaware of the fact that she is married.  

Karan is the son of a wealthy landlord, who lives an alcoholic and hedonistic lifestyle. When he meets an airline stewardess named Savithri, he finds himself attracted to her. Later he rescues her from a tragic fate, after which Karan asks her to come and work for his family estate. Things get complicated when a necklace is stolen, and Savithri becomes the prime suspect.

Souten is a romantic drama film which tells the story of a middle class man, who falls for the daughter of a millionaire, and the two get married, despite opposition from her family. However, their relationship starts deteriorating as she doesn’t want to have children early.

Ashanti is a crime adventure action film which tells the story of Inspector Kumar Chandra Singh, who is wrongly accused of a crime, and sent to prison. After hearing this, his mother dies of shock. Eventually, he is released from jail, but his only mission now is to find the culprits who framed him and ruined his life.  

Johnny is a swindler who makes his living by conning people. His life takes a turn when he meets a nine year old girl named Ginny, whose mother had died in an accident. He decides to take Ginny to an orphanage in Ooty. During the adventurous trip, he develops a bond with the girl, and thinks of adopting her.

Prof Saxsena and Dr Gupta are two friends from India living in Los Angeles. Since Gupta is unmarried, he decides to go to India to find a girl for marriage. He chooses a woman named Sunita and gets married to her. However, due to VISA issues, he is forced to leave earlier to the US. Later, after her VISA is cleared, Sunita is ready to fly to Los Angeles, but on the flight, another woman plants drugs among her luggage.    

Guddi is a comedy drama film which tells the story of Kusum, a young girl, whose family wants to get her married, but their efforts are in vain, as she is filled with love for an actor named Dharmendra. Tired of this, her uncle decides to contact the actor, hoping that he will teach her the realities of life.

Anuraag is a drama film which tells the story of Rajesh, the son of a wealthy industrialist, who is suffering from blood cancer. He soon meets a girl named Shivani and falls for her. His father however disapproves of their relationship, but eventually agrees, if she gets her vision back. Eventually, a specialist reveals that she can be cured by an eye replacement.

Disco Dancer is a romantic drama musical film which revolves around the struggles of Anil, a street performer and wedding singer from the slums of Bombay. His life takes a turn after he is spotted by David Brown, who is looking for some new talent. Rebranded as ‘Jimmy’, he becomes a rising disco star, and tries to take the throne from Sam, the current Indian disco champion. However, lots of obstacles lie ahead.
