Phoebe Tonkin is an Australian actress and model who gained recognition for portraying Cleo Sertori on the Australian fantasy TV show 'H2O: Just Add Water'. One of her best roles, she portrayed the character in three seasons of the show from 2006 to 2010, and earned a nomination at the 'AFI Awards' in 2008.
