The movie follows the story of Lucian, the first Lycan. A slave of the vampire elder Viktor, Lucian falls in love with Viktor’s daughter Sonja. Their forbidden romance ends in disaster when Viktor burns a pregnant Sonja alive, and Lucian finally leads the werewolves and men in a war against the vampires. 

After the death of vampire elder, Victor, vampire assassin Selene and her lover lycan/vampire hybrid, Michael are on the run from their clan. They try to unravel the reason for the rivalry between vampires and werewolves. Meanwhile, Marcus Corvinus, the original vampire has awakened and has an ambitious plan to conquer the world along with his savage Lycan brother, William.

Although Van Helsing manages to kill Dracula, he also kills Anna, who sacrifices her life to save him from the curse.

The Trials of Cate McCall is a drama film which revolves around a lawyer named Cate, who is struggling with alcoholism. She takes on a big case involving a woman named Lacey who is convicted of murder, hoping that it will help her get reinstated to the bar, and win back custody of her daughter. She is eventually able to prove Lacey’s innocence, but things get ugly when she finds out that Lacey is actually guilty. She gets obsessed with the case again, this time, in order to put Lacey back in prison once more.

In 1899, Oxford graduate Dr. Edward Newgate joins Stonehearst Asylum for apprenticeship. He is smitten by a stately-looking lady patient Eliza Graves. But Newgate feels that asylum superintendent Dr. Silas Lamb’s treatment methods are quite unorthodox and strange. Then one night as he follows an abnormal sound, he is shocked to discover that at the asylum, nothing is as it seems to be.
