Harlan Thrombey, renowned crime novelist, who is also the patriarch of an eccentric family, passes away. The circumstances surrounding his death are mysterious, and everyone in the house becomes a suspect in the eyes of Detective Benoit Blanc, who is investigating his death. 

Following the disappearance of six-year-old Georgie, his older brother Bill leads a search attempt with a group of seven bullied kids from Derry, Maine. They discover that the culprit is the shape-shifting clown Pennywise that returns every 27 year to prey on children's fears, and Bill and his friends must learn to conquer their inner fears to defeat it.

Based on It, the 1986 horror novel by Stephen King, the film shows Pennywise, the Dancing Clown, returning to the town of Derry after 27 years, once again terrorizing people. The seven youngsters, who have earlier defeated him, are now grown ups, busy with their own life. Yet they must unite once again if they want to save the mankind. 

After separating from her husband, hardworking single mother, Maggie, and her adoptive son, Oliver, move in next door to Vincent MacKenna, a grumpy and alcoholic Vietnam War veteran. When Maggie is forced to leave Oliver in Vincent's care due to work pressure, the naive boy and his flawed mentor develop an unlikely bond with each other.

Aloha is a 2015 romantic comedy drama film which revolves around a celebrated military contractor who returns to the site of his greatest career achievements. However, he reconnects with his ex-girlfriend and also falls for the hard-charging Air Force watch-dog assigned to him.
