Jack Klugman Filmography
American actor Jack Klugman first gained recognition for his performance as Juror No 5 in the courtroom drama film ’12 Angry Men’ (1957). His other highly rated roles include Jim Hungerford in ‘Days of Wine and Roses’ (1962) and Patimkin in ‘Goodbye Columbus’ (1969). He also appeared in the box office hit movie ‘Paul Williams Still Alive’ (2012) before he died of prostate cancer the same year. His lowest rated performance in his career which spanned over 50 years was in the movie ‘Dear God’ (1996). His appearances in ‘The Twilight of the Golds’ (1997) and ‘When Do We Eat’ (2006) received mixed reviews during the fag end of his career.
Klugman was popular on television for his appearances in the series ‘The Twilight Zone’ between 1960 and 1963. He reprised his Broadway role as Oscar Madison in an adaption of ‘The Odd Couple’ which was aired between 1970 and 1975.
