Respected Chicago surgeon Richard Kimble is wrongly convicted of killing his wife, but escapes from captivity while being transported to death row. Now, with veteran U.S. Marshal Samuel Gerard's team on his trail, he must avoid a nation-wide manhunt to clear his name and expose his wife's actual killer, a one-armed man.

 Amish child Samuel witnesses a murder and later identifies the killer from a newspaper clipping. It turns out to be award winning narcotic officer McFee. Suspecting that McFee is involved in drug dealings, Detective Book confides in his partner. But when Book is ambushed by McFee, he realizes that his partner is also an accomplice and that both Samuel and his widowed mother need protection. 

After his father goes missing while searching for the Holy Grail, Indiana Jones embarks on a journey to find his father and teams up with Austrian archaeologist Elsa Schneider, who has questionable loyalty.
