Greg Davies is a British actor and comedian. He is best known for playing ‘Mr. Gilbert’ in the TV show ‘The Inbetweeners’ (2008-10). He started his film career as a caricature of cricketer W.G Grace on ‘The Ashes’ series of cricket between Australia and England.  He had an uncredited role in the comedy film ‘Girls? Eugh!’ (2006). He had his first significant role in the comedy TV show ‘Saxondale’ in 2007. After his breakthrough in ‘The Inbetweeners’ in 2008, he reprised the role of ‘Mr. Gilbert’ in ‘The Inbetweeners Movie’ (2011) and ‘The Inbetweeners 2’ (2014). He is also quite popular as ‘Ken Thompson’ in the TV sitcom ‘Cuckoo’ (2012), ‘Dan Davies’ in another sitcom ‘Man Down’ (2013-present), and the ‘Taskmaster’ in the British comedy game ‘Taskmaster’ (2015-present).
