Detective Axel Foley’s friend Mikey gets killed at former’s residence and he seeks permission to investigate the murder. However, his reckless behaviour and closeness with the victim, denies him the chance. Axel officially goes on a vacation, but actually tries to uncover the killers. He is joined in his effort by Sergeant John Taggart and Detective Billy Rosewood.
