Talk to Me is a biographical drama film which tells the story of a radio personality named Ralph Greene, an ex-convict who becomes a talk show host and community activist in the 1960s. He expresses himself quite freely on his radio show and over time, he manages to gain a lot of popularity, even surpassing the popularity of his colleagues Nighthawk and Sunny Jim.     

Cadillac Records is a biographical drama film which revolves around the journey and life of American record company executive Leonard Chess. The film takes us to 1947 in Chicago, when Leonard, who had emigrated from Poland, hires Muddy Waters, a guitarist, and Little Walter, a harmonica player. They soon open a new record label named Chess Records, which several African-Americans become a part of.  

Tom Ludlow, a disillusioned undercover LAPD vice detective known for his unconventional and violent ways, is confronted by his former partner Terrence Washington following a shootout at a gangster hideout. After Washington is found dead in his presence, Ludlow must clear his name in a personal mission under the watchful eyes of Internal Affairs captain James Biggs.

The dark comedy revolves around the three Baudelaire children, Klaus, Violet, and Sunny. After their house burns down mysteriously, killing their parents, they are placed in the foster care of Count Olaf. The children must find a way to survive a series of deadly events, planned by Olaf who wants to obtain the Baudelaire fortune.  

The Original Kings of Comedy is a concert film which features four African American stand up comics, who talk about various subjects such as marriages, racial differences, etc.  

Miles Massey is a super successful divorce lawyer who loves to destroy his opponents. Marylin Rexroth, on the other hand, is an ambitious gold digger who married knowing fully well her husband’s philandering ways. The two meet when Miles is hired by her husband as his divorce attorney. Unexpectedly, Miles finds himself falling for Marylin, while she seeks revenge against her husband and the lawyer.
