Billy, son and heir of hotel magnate Brian Madison, upsets his father with his irresponsible lifestyle. Brian threatens to pass over his business to the deceitful Eric Gordon. The only way Billy can stop this is by clearing all his 12 school grades in 24 weeks, something which he previously achieved due his father’s influence. Billy tries to prove himself, but Eric is desperate to stop him.
