

Lloyd Eisler is a Canadian former pairs skater who won the Olympic bronze medal in 1992 and 1994 along with his partner Isabelle Brasseur. Eisler also won a gold medal, three silver medals, and two bronze medals at the World Championships between 1985 and 1994.

Two-time Olympic silver medalist Hungarian-Slovenian-origin Canadian figure skater Elvis Stojko had also been a World Champion thrice. Named after legendary singer Elvis Presley, he began skating at age 4. He also won the Canadian National Championship 7 times. He has also been a commentator and a show skater.

Kaetlyn Osmond is a Canadian former competitive figure skater. She is best known for winning a gold medal and a bronze medal at the 2018 Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea. Previously, she had won a silver medal at the 2016 Olympics in Sochi, Russia. Kaetlyn Osmond also won a gold medal at the World Championships in 2018.


Kurt Browning is a Canadian figure skater, commentator, and choreographer. A four-time World Champion, Browning also won a silver medal at the 1992 World Championships. Kurt Browning was made an inductee of the Canada's Sports Hall of Fame and the World Figure Skating Hall of Fame in 1994 and 2006 respectively.





Eric Radford is best known for his pair-skating performances with partner Meagan Duhamel. The two-time World Champion has also won three Olympic medals, including a gold. He was also part of the show Battle of the Blades and, in 2021, announced his return from retirement, teaming up with Vanessa James.

Two-time national champion and retired Canadian figure skater Nam Nguyen has also been a World Junior Champion in 2014. While he started his training in ice hockey at age 5, he later switched to figure skating. Post-retirement, he has been working as a power skating coach.



Apart from being a popular figure skater who won an Olympic bronze, a World bronze, and 6 Canadian championships, Toller Cranston was also a talented painter. He once supported his skating career by painting. Following his death, his twin brothers and sister fought a bitter legal battle over his estate.



Isabelle Duchesnay is a former ice dancer who won the 1991 World Championship title and the silver medal at the 1992 Winter Olympics along with her brother and skating partner Paul Duchesnay. Born to a Canadian father and French mother, Isabelle Duchesnay has represented both France and Canada. In 1992, she released her book Notre passion.
