Victoria Justice is an American actress, known for her roles in several TV series. She appeared in the Nickelodeon series ‘Zoey 101’, ‘Victorious’, ‘The Naked Brothers Band’ and ‘The Penguins of Madagascar.’ She has since been seen in a number of theatrical releases like ‘Unknown’ and ‘The Garden.’ Victoria also has a successful musical career. She recored several songs for the series ‘Victorious’ and the Nickelodeon musical ‘Spectacular.’ She has also released several singles like ‘Almost Paradise’ and ‘Don’t Dream It’. According to Victoria herself, she is not at all interested in singing typical pop songs which she considers boring. She wants to sing something that is deeply meaningful to her.

The Meteoric Rise To Stardom
Victoria was just ten when she started appearing in guest roles in several TV series including ‘Everwood’ and ‘Gilmore Girls.’ Soon after that she bagged a role in the 2005 drama-thriller ‘Mary.’ In the same year she was offered the main role in ‘Zoey 101’, a Nickelodeon series, as Lola Martinez. She continued her guest appearances in many TV series like ‘The Suite Life of Zack & Cody’ and ‘Everwood.’She also played the lead in the MTV cyber thriller ‘Eye Candy.’She has also written a couple of songs for some of the shows she has starred in. She played Jordan Sands in ‘The Boy Who Cried Werewolf’, a Nickelodeon Television Movie. The movie was a success and garnered mostly positive reviews from critics.

Victoria Justice often speaks out against cyber bullying. She herself has been a victim of bullying. She says that it is quite unfortunate for cyber bullying to become a part of our culture. According to her, there is a need for stricter online guidelines and there should be no tolerance for cyber bullying. She was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, a thyroid autoimmune disorder and went through a lot of trouble due to the weight fluctuation and intense dosage of medicines. She got it under control by following a strict diet and eating only fish for a specific time. When asked about her career and her focus, she is very concerned about it and states that acting is what she loves the most and that when you love something, you have to stay really focused and can’t let outside things distract you.

Victoria Justice has been a part of several charity events and has supported the United Nations Foundation which assists causes like fight against AIDS, welfare of children, and Environment and Human Rights and Peace. She also joined the ‘Girl Up’campaign in 2010 which focused on the advancement of girls in lesser developed areas. She went on an awareness trip to Central America for the cause. She is also known to participate in several campaigns that support women empowerment. She loves fashion and clothes. She thinks that there’s no easier way to express yourself than through clothes.
