Tara Strong, born as Tara Lyn Charendoff, is a Canadian-American voice actress and businesswoman. She is famous for giving voice to characters in animated movies and video games as well as for performing in live-action productions. She is best known for voicing ‘Timmy Turner’ in the TV series ‘The Fairly OddParents,’ ‘Raven’ in ‘Teen Titans,’ ‘Bubbles’ in ‘The Powerpuff Girls,’ ‘Batgirl’ in ‘The New Batman Adventures,’ ‘Princess Clara’ in ‘Drawn Together’ and ‘Twilight Sparkle’ in ‘My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic,’ to name a few. The versatile voice actress has also done voice work in numerous video games, the popular ones being ‘Rikku’ in Final Fantasy X and X-2, ‘Harley Quinn’ in ‘Batman: Arkham City,’ ‘Rachel’ in ‘Ninja Gaiden’ and ‘Harley Quinn’ in Lego Dimensions. Her live action performances include ‘Angela’ in Street Legal, ‘Elizabeth’ in Kung Fu: The Legend Continues, ‘Gwen’ in Sabrina Goes to Rome and ‘Miss Collins’ in Big Time Rush, to name a few. Her praiseworthy portrayals have earned her several awards and nominations.

Career
Tara Strong’s first professional role was offered to her at the age of 13. Her first leading cartoon role was given to her in 1987 for ‘Hello Kitty's Furry Tale Theater’. The same year, she did the cartoons ‘Maxie's World’ and ‘My Pet Monster’. The following year, she voiced characters for television films ‘The Wild Puffalumps’ and ‘Care Bears Nutcracker Suite’.
From 1989 to 1991, Strong voiced Young Celeste in the cartoon ‘Babar’. Then from 1990 to 1998, the voice actress did numerous cartoons, live shows, films, and television films. Some of her notable projects during this time period were: ‘Piggsburg Pigs’, ‘ProStars’, ‘Super Mario World’,’ X-Men’, ‘Gadget Boy & Heather’, ‘101 Dalmatians: The Series’, ‘The New Batman Adventures’, ‘The Rugrats Movie’, ‘Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island’, ‘Kung Fu: The Legend Continues’, and ‘Sabrina Goes to Rome’.
Then in 1998, Strong was offered the opportunity to voice the character of Bubbles for ‘The Powerpuff Girls’. The same year, she lent her voice to Daisy Mae in the video game ‘Redneck Rampage Rides Again’. After this, she did numerous projects from the year 2000 to 2010. These projects include ‘The Weekenders’, ‘Family Guy’, ‘The Fairly OddParents’, ‘Teen Titans’, ‘Spider-Man: The New Animated Series’, ‘Danny Phantom’, ‘Drawn Together’, ‘My Friends Tigger & Pooh’, ‘Phineas and Ferb’, ‘Tarzan & Jane’, ‘The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning’, ‘Final Fantasy X’, ‘Ninja Gaiden’, ‘Nicktoons: Attack of the Toybots’ and ‘Comic Book: The Movie’, to name a few.
The most recent projects of the voice actress include ‘The Boss Baby’, ‘Despicable Me 3’, ‘Injustice 2’, ‘A Series of Unfortunate Events’, ‘Batman: The Killing Joke’ and ‘Minions’. Currently, Tara Strong is busy with her shows ‘My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic’, ‘The Looney Tunes Show’, ‘Bravest Warriors’, ‘Teen Titans Go’, ‘Justice League Action’, ‘Ben 10’ and ‘Bunsen Is a Beast’.

The voice actress and her husband own VoiceStarz, a company that teaches how to get into the voice-over business. The couple also owns a line of unique baby bottles, "babababy".
