Logan Phillip Henderson was born to Lebanese-American parents Jeffrey Lynn Henderson and Pamela Ann Wright in Texas on 14th September 1989. His parents were ardent music lovers and the vibe in the house was always musical. Along with his brother Presley, Logan would spend hours listening to blues and rock songs and developed a liking for singing.

In the high school, Logan was an enthusiastic gymnast, which paved way for leading a fit and healthy lifestyle. His first acting break came in form of ‘Friday Night Lights’, which further introduced him to great possibilities he can achieve being an actor. He decided to go further with acting and made a move to Hollywood at the age of 18.

Not knowing how to get started in the entertainment business even after attending an acting school, Logan didn’t feel down and remained confident even after rejections. He kept practising in his house and sharpened his acting skills, while music kept him calm and composed during the tough period of intense struggle, which eventually every actor goes through.

His guest appearance on ‘Friday Night Lights’ saw him getting in fight with the lead character Smash and regarding the experience, Logan says that it was the coolest experience of his life, and made him certain about acting being the only thing he wanted to do.

The brief stint in ‘Friday Night Lights’ infused enough confidence in young Logan, and he started auditioning for different parts. Eventually, he got selected to play the lead role as Logan Mitchell in the kids comedy musical show ‘Big Time Rush’, where he plays the leader of his gang, and voice of reason for everyone. His singing abilities were a big reason for Logan securing the role, as the show was primarily a musical and music constituted a big part in every other episode.

The musical band from the show formed a band in real life known as ‘Big Time Rush’ and signed under Sony Music and Columbia Records in 2009. The band made an appearance in 2010 and 2013 Kid’s choice awards and performed in the 2011 version of the most popular kid’s award show in America.

During that time, Henderson also appeared on ‘Brainsurge’, a very popular game show, in 2011. Henderson also appeared on ‘Figure it Out’ this time along with his band ‘Big Time Rush’ in June 2012. By then, Henderson had cemented his place as one of the most liked teen icons and one of the most loved Nickelodeon stars.

The band released many singles upon signing up with Columbia Records such as ‘Halfway There’, ‘Till I Forget About You’ and ‘City is Ours’. In the meantime, the band worked on their debut album, which eventually got released in 2010 titled ‘B.T.R.’, in which Logan also shared the credit of songwriter for the song ‘Oh Yeah!’.

Quite unexpectedly, the album became a roaring success, and climbed at the third spot on Billboard 200, along with achieving the top spot in the iTunes digital albums list. RIAA certified the album as gold in both US and Mexico, and the band started touring around with the songs, gaining further publicity and following.

The band, exuberant with the gigantic success of their debut venture, released the second album titled ‘Elevate’, wherein Logan, apart from providing vocals, played guitar and piano. He also co-wrote the songs ‘Music Sounds Better With you’, ‘Superstar’ and ‘Love me Love me’. The band’s third album titled ‘24/seven’ arrived in 2013 and once again, Logan shared the credits of a co-writer apart from singing and playing instruments on the album.

On a friend’s suggestion, Logan started taking his individual music career seriously and released a song ‘Sleepwalker’ in January 2017. Apart from his musical achievements, Logan has constantly appeared on Television and has been a part of some popular TV shows such as ‘How to Rock’, ‘Marvin Marvin’, ‘Figure it Out’, ‘Big Time beach Party’ among many others. He has openly expressed his desire to work in a movie, and considering the appreciation he is getting, the way to Hollywood doesn’t seem too far.

Logan has kept his private life to himself, but the news of him dating his ‘Big Time Rush’ co-star, Erin Sanders, were quite a talk of the town. However, his present relationship status is unknown.

Logan attended acting classes with Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and Cody Linley and is on great terms with them as a friend. However, Logan prefers being alone and loves to travel to new places all by himself.
