Lisa Cimorelli, along with her sisters Christina, Katherine, Lauren and Amy, created a vocal group called Cimorelli in 2007. They made covers of a few popular songs and shared on their YouTube channel. The following year, the group released their first extended play. Each song of the EP was written by Lauren and Christina with the vocal harmonies set by Lisa. In 2010, Lisa’s youngest sister Dani joined them.

The family then moved to southern California, where the girls were signed to Universal Music's Island label. They ultimately released their EP ‘CimFam EP’ in 2011. Soon after this, Lisa and her band came up with a new EP titled ‘Believe It’ that included the songs "Believe It", "Wings", "You Got Me Good” and "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town".

On June 18, 2013 Cimorelli released their EP "Made in America" that went on to peak at # 179 on the Billboard 200 chart. The following year, they released their fifth extended play named ‘Renegade’. That year, the girls also came up with their Christmas EP titled ‘Christmas Magic’. In May 2015, Lisa and her sisters released a mixtape titled ‘Hearts on Fire’ that included nine free songs. Her group next released their debut album ‘Up at Night’ in May 2016. This was followed by another album ‘Alive’ later that year. Then on October 27, 2017, Cimorelli released ‘Sad Girls Club’. This album was the first one to include a solo track by each sister.

Lisa Cimorelli was born on September 19, 1993 in California, the USA, to Lynne and Mike Cimorelli Sr. She has five brothers, Joey, Mike Jr., Alex, Christian, and Nick, and five sisters Katherine, Christina, Lauren, Dani, and Amy. Lisa Cimorelli shares her birthday with her brother Nick. Her family is of mostly Italian and Irish heritage but also has English, Scotch Irish, German, Welsh and Norwegian ancestry.

A good student, she finished high school at the age of 14! She believes in living a disciplined life and has never smoked or consumed alcohol in her life. At one point in her life, the American beauty wanted to attend college and major in piano performance. Some of her favorite singers are Demi Lovato, Jessie J, and Jojo. Lisa likes to ride horses.
