Indyamarie started taking modeling seriously at the age of 16 and began her journey with determination and enthusiasm. However, she became interested in fashion after High School and decided to give up on modeling. At the age of 17, she started styling hair. Two years later, she tried her hands in fashion designing. She started designing jeans as well as continued with styling. Indyamarie faced hard times when she was 20; she started selling drugs and became a drug addict. However, after her 21st birthday, she decided to change all the negatives in her life. She began posting her pictures on her Instagram account in 2013. Her pictures caught the attention of masses and people started following her.

In 2015, she got a lot of modeling projects and worked for several high end brands like Apple, Samsung, Coke, Sprite, Puma etc. In December 2015, Indyamarie launched her accessory line ‘MarieJean Accessories’. The line sold all its products within 24 hours of the first release. In January 2016, she hosted a number of events. In course of time she became quite popular of social media channels, such as Instagram and Twitter. She has also been featured on World Star Hip Hop website and VH1 morning show.
