Carmen Blanchard Biography

Carmen Blanchard is a beautiful and budding American child actress better known as the younger sister of Rowan Blanchard, the famous star of television sitcom ‘Girl Meets World’. Carmen forayed into the world of performing arts together with her elder sister Rowan at an early age and performed in various shows singing, dancing and doing plays. She then followed her sister’s footsteps into acting, initially remaining part of TV series ‘Encounters’ and then in the American anthology horror TV series ‘American Horror Story’ in its first season. She garnered much appreciation from the audience for essaying the role of young Violet in the latter series and also got noticed by American actor and producer, Jeremy Piven, which earned her the role of Piven’s niece in the short comedy movie ‘Jeremy Piven’s Beard’. She is also known for her performance in the flick ‘A World Away’, directed by her father, Mark Blanchard, where she got a chance to perform with both Rowan and her younger brother, Shane, among others. She added another feather in her cap when Rowan took her to White House when it celebrated International Day of the Girl with ‘Glamour’ magazine. The way Carmen has advanced so far in the world of glamour and entertainment is really commendable and only time will tell whether she will continue in this field after she grows up.
